This morning at the Outfest 2013 Awards Brunch, Page Ostrow with the festival’s Executive Director Kirsten Schaffer.
Ostrow and Company film scouts attended The Downtown LA Film Festival’s first big weekend of the year’s festival on Saturday night. The evening kicked off in a packed house at the Downtown Independent Theater.”Beyond Silence”, a short, screened first. Then the evening’s main attraction, a feature-length documentary love story, screened followed by a Q&A with the film’s subject.
Then the scouts were off to the Downtown Filmmakers Party at the Well. There, the producer’s team and Roetheli celebrated the premiere of their film with friends and family.
Our scouts had a great time Saturday night, and we look forward to see what else the LA Film Festival has in store this week!

Everyone’s all smiles in the office today. The film scouts and executives are hard at work doing their homework for all of the exciting festivals coming up in these next couple weeks.
I wanted to share the beauty of Dustin Hoffman’s approach of what it means to be a woman.
